For more extensive change management or broader adoption projects, we recommend the following consultancy programme is deployed to ensure the training programme delivered is fit for purpose.
Digital Skills Review
Conduct a digital skills review to understand your employees' current levels of digital skills. The resulting data can be used to identify skills gaps and formulate an effective training plan.
TA consult with Human Resources (HR) or the training department to refine the questions in the digital skills review.
A communication strategy is agreed to distribute the skills review to relevant staff members.
Staff self-assess their skills using the online form. The form takes 15-20 minutes to complete.
HR or the training department have access to a data dashboard, enabling them to view the data by department and other filters.
TA can analyse the data for an additional fee, providing a summary report and recommendations for end-user training and support.

Remote Workshops
Delivered as a hands-on workshop for up to 20 staff or as a live demonstration and Q&A session for an unlimited number.
Half-day
Remote or On-site Support
A trainer will be on-site for 4 hours, delivering up to 3 hours of workshops. The time can be spent with one or many groups.
Full-day
Remote or On-site Support
Up to 7 hours on-site, including 6 hours delivery. Time can be used to support multiple groups or for an advanced session.
